Online Payments

All residents will receive an online statement through your tenant portal. If you prefer to receive paper statements, we can mail your statement but this request must be made in writing.

Please note, using the eCheck method to make your rental payment is free. However, when using a credit card to pay, there is a percentage fee applied by the payment processor. This convenience fee only applies to payments made using a card through the tenant portal.

Bring your payment to our office Monday thru Friday from 9-5, or use the drop box located outside of our office during after hours. We are located at 1569 Jefferson Hwy, Suite 103 in Fishersville, VA. We are just past the Post Office on Rt. 250 going towards Staunton.
